Rollers' Axis in Horizontal Plane

Roller axes are calculated by measuring the shafts of rollers at ends, where possible. This approach makes the measurements accurate to within 0.5 mm. When it is not possible, shafts are measured at shorter span resulting in less accurate but still satisfactory results. (explained below)

The roller sets are required to have parallel skewing as to direction, with small skewing values. Generated thrust should be uphill.

Rollers Axis in Vertical Plane

Measuring method and calculations are identical for vertical plane skewing of rollers.
